The Total Lockout 3000 Series Safety Padlock is designed for use in lockout tagout (LOTO) procedures to help prevent the accidental energisation or release of hazardous energy during maintenance and servicing operations. The body of the padlock is manufactured from durable, non-conductive and corrosion-resistant materials, making it suitable for use in electrical, mechanical and industrial environments. The lightweight yet robust construction ensures reliable performance while minimising the risk of electric shock.

The padlock shackle is available in multiple lengths and materials to suit different isolation points and clearance/access requirements. Shackle options include non-sparking, non-magnetic or insulated materials for enhanced safety in specialised applications. The cylinder mechanism provides smooth operation and consistent locking performance.

To support site-specific safety management systems, this safety padlock is available in a wide range of colours for visual identification and grouping of lockout activities. Specification ranges vary depending on colour, shackle length, shackle material, and key type. Keying options include key differ (KD), keyed alike (KA), and other controlled key systems to match operational and procedural requirements.
